30-50 miles: $35 One-Way Travel Fee For locations falling between 30 and 50 miles from our base, we charge a one-way travel fee of $35. This fee covers the extra distance traveled from our base to your property and allows us to extend our reach to a wider range of properties, ensuring your needs are met even if they are slightly farther away.
50-100 miles: $125 One-Way Travel Fee For properties located between 50 and 100 miles from our base, we offer our services with a one-way travel fee of $125. This fee takes into account the extended distance traveled from our base to your property and ensures that our team can venture out to capture the beauty and essence of your properties within this broader region.
Please note that these one-way travel fees are separate from our service fees and will be added to your total invoice accordingly. We strive to maintain transparency and provide you with clear pricing structures, enabling you to plan your real estate media needs effectively.
